 When I enter my UserName and Password, the system keeps telling me that this is the incorrect login information.

 I don’t see any buttons on the left side of the screen (like Log In, Begin Course etc.)

 When I try to continue my course, I keep getting logged out.

 I try to login, but I keep getting redirected to an e-PRO® order screen.

 I was able to log in, but I don’t know how to get back to where I left off.

 How can I change my login information?

 The help section doesn’t solve my problem.
